(Tanjiya) is a famous Moroccan dish in the city of
Marrakech.
It is one of the most important dishes,
especially the way it is cooked in ashes, but it can be
cooked in a pressure cooker.
Ingredients
- 1،500 gr of veal
- fresh saffron
- 7 garlic cloves
- 3 big spoons cumin
- One pickled lemon
- olive oil
- water cup
- teaspoon ghee
How to prepare
